テキスタイルアート – Textile art

天然の 葉脈を針と糸でつなぎあわせて透き通る膜のような軽やかな作品を制作しているアーティスト。

大学卒業後、川島テキスタイルスクールにて染織を学び、在校中より葉脈を縫い合わせた造形作品を制作しています。

作品のテーマは「弱いものの中にある強さ」「見えないけれど確実に存在するもの」「曖昧な境界線」です。

透けたレースのような葉脈は儚く見えますが、その脈は生きるエネルギーを運ぶ道です。制作において、一枚一枚個性のある葉の反り具合、硬さ、厚さを見極め、どのように作品に作用させるか決めていきます。

近年は葉脈をそのまま使わずハサミで任意の形に切り抜いて用いています。葉を切ることによって線と面のコントラストが生まれ、美しいシルエットや影が現れます。作品からできる影の存在は彼女の作品にとって重要な要素です。

国内外で活動し、フランス・スペイン・オーストリア・ハンガリーの展覧会にて受賞。

An artist who creates light works that resemble transparent membranes by connecting natural leaf veins with needles and threads.

After graduating from university, she studied dyeing and weaving at Kawashima Textile School, and while still in school, she has been creating modeling work made from stitched leaf veins.

The themes of her works are “strength in weakness,” “things that cannot be seen but definitely exist,” and “vague boundaries.”

The transparent, lace-like veins of the leaves may seem fleeting, but they are the path that carry the energy of life.　During the production process, she examines the uniqueness of each leaf, such as the degree of curvature, hardness, and thickness, and decide how to incorporate them into the work.

In recent years, instead of using the leaf veins as they are, I use scissors to cut them into arbitrary shapes. By cutting the leaves, a contrast is created between the lines and surfaces, creating beautiful silhouettes and shadows. The presence of shadows created by her works is an important element in her works.

She has worked both domestically and internationally and has won awards at exhibitions in France, Spain, Austria, and Hungary.

她是一位艺术家，用针和线连接天然叶脉，创作出类似透明膜的轻巧作品。

大学毕业后，她在川岛纺织学校学习染织，在校期间就开始创作缝合叶脉制作的造形作品。

她作品的主题是“弱小中的强度”、“看不见但确实存在的事物”和“暧昧的界限”。

透明蕾丝般的叶脉看似转瞬即逝，但此脈却是承载生命能量的路径。

在制作过程中，她会检查每片叶子的独特性，例如弯曲程度、硬度和厚度，并决定如何将它们融入到作品中。

近年来，不直接使用叶脉，而是用剪刀将它们剪成任意形状。 通过切割树叶，线条和表面之间形成对比，创造出美丽的轮廓和阴影。 她的作品所创造的阴影的存在是她作品中的一个重要元素。

她曾在国内和国际上工作，并在法国、西班牙、奥地利和匈牙利的展览中获奖。
